Chef Amy Fothergill, who owns The Family Chef, is a local cooking instructor. She teaches classes, provides consultations and presentations, writes a cooking blog and gluten-free column and is an author of a soon-to-be published gluten-free cookbook.

You will learn:

  • Cinnamon Waffles with Caramelized Bananas
  • Vegetable Crust-less Quiche
  • Mini Blueberry Muffins
  • Quinoa Salad with Chard, Pine Nuts and Raisins
  • Virgin Bloody Mary’s
  • Acid-Free Coffee

FREE of gluten, dairy, soy, shellfish and peanuts

NEW!  Chef Amy will have her Basic Gluten Free Flour Mix for sale during the class.  $6 per 2-cup container (cash only please).
