Sali – yes, the dinner is NOW taking place at Sans Gluten Free Grocery Store in San Rafael. You can click here for map, menu and all the info you need for registration: http://www.hippkitchen.com/calendar-of-events/community-supper-2. Hope you can make it!
Thank you so much for your secret supper club. I was hoping to find out if you will have a more kid friendly gluten free menu in the future. Or a cooking class for a mom who prepare gluten free meals for their tiny tots with celiac disease. I would love a little inspiration from the experts. Even a large taste testing event for kids with Celiac would be something I would love to have my kiddos attend.
You’re welcome, Angela. Glad you could make it. Kid friendly events are definitely part of the plan. We will keep you posted, for sure. One idea we had was a potluck/recipe exchange. Strict guidelines for celiac would have to be given, which is good, and pre-approved recipes of course. Everyone brings their favorite kid-friendly dish with stacks of recipes to share. We place the recipe under the dishes and everyone takes the ones they like. There are a few moms and dads out there and they’ve found some really tasty stuff. Waddya think?
I am interested in learning more about the dinner scheduled for Jan 30. I understand it will be in Mill Valley. Thanks.
Sali
